Shipping Information

Delivery 

Here at Dione Fine Jewellery, each and every piece of jewellery is handmade to order. For this reason, please allow up to three weeks for your pieces to be handcrafted, packaged and dispatched. Please allow up to eight weeks for engagement and wedding rings. Items that are 'Ready to Ship' will be clearly marked and will be dispatched within one week of your order being placed. Time scales for custom and bespoke work varies from item to item. Your unique time frame will be discussed with you prior to purchase. 

If you are ordering a piece with a specific date in mind, please Get in Touch with us prior to ordering and we will do everything in our power to accommodate this. 

Once your order has been placed with Dione Fine Jewellery, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Once your piece(s) have been lovingly handcrafted, you will receive an email confirming completion of your order. This email signifies that your piece is being lovingly gift wrapped and packed. Once packed, your order will then be sent using the First Class Recorded Delivery service with Royal Mail. If you have any questions regarding your order and expected arrival time, please don't hesitate to Contact Us.

Please note that during busy periods, turnaround time will be a little longer. We will always do our utmost to keep to the timescales stated but cannot guarantee them. You will always be informed of any delays to your order.

International Customers

For international customers, orders are sent using Royal Mail’s International Standard service. Please up to thirty working days for delivery of your order. Shipping times vary from location to location, so please Contact Us if you have any questions about the estimated time scale of delivery for you. If you'd like for your order to be sent using a trackable or express service, please contact us and we will provide a quote. 

Please note: orders will not be classed as lost until approximately 25 working days after dispatch. In this event, we will investigate, so please bear with us if you suspect that your parcel has been lost in transit. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We also cannot accept responsibility for any delays caused as a result of customs controls and checks.

Returns and Cancellations

At Dione Fine Jewellery, each and every piece is handmade to order, especially for you. It is for this reason that we are unfortunately unable to offer returns. We are also unable to offer refunds for incorrect ring sizes ordered and so politely ask that you check your ring size prior to ordering. In the event that your ring requires resizing, we will endeavour to do this at a small additional cost.

By purchasing from Dione Fine Jewellery, you acknowledge and agree that we utilise and rely on third-party applications and services to fulfil orders and manage deliveries. While these services are carefully selected, Dione Fine Jewellery does not have control over their operations and cannot be held liable for any errors, delays or issues that may arise during the fulfilment or delivery process. 

By completing your purchase, you agree to release Dione Fine Jewellery, its owners, sub contractors and affiliates from any claims, liabilities or damages related to the use of these third-party services. 

If you wish to provide your own materials, including but not limited to precious or sentimental gemstones, for a Beautifully Bespoke project, please note that this is done at your own risk.
