These exquisite diamond earrings form part of my For Fairies and Other Forest Folk collection; inspired in its entirety by the magic that is all around us, if we only slow down to notice it. A collection that has been in the making for many years was realised almost instantly on a walk through the forest with my family. As I paused, for what can only have been a fraction of a moment, I noticed all at once, the magic that surrounded me. And in that moment, the inner voice of criticism that I have grown so used to over the course of my life was, perhaps for the first time, quiet. My eyes noticed the way the light cast shadows over my playing children; my dog exploring the undergrowth. My ears heard the sounds of birds and the crunch of crisp leaves underfoot. And my breath caught in my chest as suddenly I realised that everything was exactly as it was meant to be and that I, I was exactly as I was always meant to be. And just like that, in that moment, the Fairies and Other Forest Folk shared their profound magic and wisdom with me. I was all at once whole, beautiful and flawed. I was exactly who and where I was supposed to be; on my journey through life. And just as I am exactly who I am meant to be, my beautiful friend, you are too. You are, all at once, profoundly unique and absolutely integral to the fabric of this universe that we know as home. You belong. You matter. Just and especially as you are.

It is my hope that you will reuse the postage box to send something to a friend or family member or that you will recycle it responsibly. The pouches supplied with each order are degradable and have been designed to minimise tarnish to your piece. Please note that I do not recommend storing your jewellery in this pouch for long periods of time as it may result in tarnishing (this is a natural by-product of storing rather than wearing your jewellery.) The gold and silver that I use are responsibly sourced from a company that adheres to ethical and eco-friendly practices; one in which working conditions are safe and labor standards are respected.
